North Yorkshire County Council are proposing changes to the concessionary fare scheme within North Yorkshire to meet its contribution to the saving identified by the Government.
In the current economic climate the Council has no choice but to reduce spending across the range of services we provide and we need to consider the extent to which expenditure on bus services can be reduced to contribute to this.
